1. Who we are

Warehouses.ae is operated by DAZCO, Al Shimmari Building, Office No. 111, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. DAZCO is responsible for the personal data collected through the Website. We handle personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable UAE laws.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, request a viewing or submit a property requirement, we collect your name and mobile number and, if you provide them, your email address, company name and message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as the pages requested, the browser type and the time of the visit. To protect our forms against spam and abuse, we keep a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address rather than the address itself.

Visitors do not need an account, and we do not collect payment card details on the Website.

3. How we use your information

• to respond to your inquiry and send you details about our properties;
• to arrange viewings and prepare tenancy or sale agreements if you decide to proceed;
• to protect the Website and its users against spam, fraud and misuse;
• to understand which properties and pages interest visitors, so we can improve the Website;
• to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal basis

We process your data because you asked us to (for example, by sending an inquiry), to take steps before entering into an agreement with you, to comply with the law, or where we have a legitimate interest such as keeping the Website secure. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only:

• within DAZCO, with staff who need it to handle your request;
• with service providers who help us run the Website, such as hosting and email providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• with government authorities where this is needed to complete a transaction (for example, tenancy registration) or where we are legally required to do so.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The public Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark display preference is saved only in your own browser. When a page shows a map or a video, the map or video provider may receive your IP address in order to display it.

7. Where your data is stored

Your data may be stored on servers inside or outside the UAE. Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the PDPL.

8. How we protect your data

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to personal data to authorised staff, protect staff accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and keep a log of access and changes. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we follow recognised security practices to protect your data.

9. How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a tenant or buyer, in which case we keep records for the period required by law.

10. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you have the right to:

• ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data, or to restrict or stop processing it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• receive your data in a commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@dazco.ae. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the UAE Data Office.

11. Children

The Website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Links to other websites

The Website may link to other websites and services. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility, and we recommend reading their privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated.
