1. About these terms

Warehouses.ae (the "Website") is operated by DAZCO, Al Shimmari Building, Office No. 111, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("DAZCO", "we", "us"). These terms set out the rules for using the Website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Our listings

Every property on the Website is owned or directly managed by DAZCO. We are not a brokerage and we do not list properties on behalf of third parties.

• Listings are provided for general information and are not an offer or a binding commitment. Any lease or sale is subject to a written agreement signed by both parties.
• We work to keep details such as size, specifications, price and availability accurate and up to date, but they may change without notice. Please confirm all details with our team, and inspect the property, before making a decision.
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Rents are annual unless stated otherwise and do not include VAT, security deposits, tenancy registration fees (such as Ejari in Dubai or Tawtheeq in Abu Dhabi), utility connections or service charges unless clearly stated.
• Photos, plans and videos are for illustration and may not reflect every detail of the current condition of the property.

4. Inquiries and communication

When you contact us through the Website, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp, you agree that we may reply and follow up using the same channel or any contact details you provide. Please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• copy, scrape, harvest or extract listings, prices or other content, by automated means or otherwise, including to build a database or a competing service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or test, probe or bypass its security;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the Website;
• submit false information or impersonate any person or organisation.

We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaches these rules.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, photos, videos, logos, design and software, belongs to DAZCO or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international law. You may view and share individual listing pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The Website uses or links to services operated by others, such as maps, video players and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the Website is provided "as is". DAZCO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from relying on Website content without confirming it with us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top will change. Please check this page regularly.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Language

These terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
